2008 Oral Presentations: 

--All ORAL presentations are 15 minutes in length including questions. 
--Presentations must be submitted to A/V Coordinator Dustin Kach(Dustin.Kach@gmail.com) prior to the speaker's session. Bring your presentation on a flash/USB drive and submit it to the Registration Desk the day before your talk (NO floppies, NO Zip disks). 
--MONDAY SPEAKERS: please submit your talk to the Registration Desk on Sunday afternoon between 4 and 6 pm
--NO PRESENTATIONS WILL BE LOADED IN THE SESSION ROOM AND SPEAKERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR PERSONAL COMPUTER FOR THEIR PRESENTATION. 
--Other details:  PC-based presentations (no Macs); we will NOT be able to accomodate Microsoft VISTA - only XP. 
--Laser pointers will be provided.

2008 Poster Presentations:  Maximum size: 4 feet HIGH by 3 feet WIDE.  NOTE: this is a TALL poster orientation.  Please use appropriate font size for viewing at a distance (if it is too small the audience won't read it!).  Posters may be attached via thumbtacks/pushpins OR Velcro. Posters will be assigned a designated location - check at the Registration Desk for your location.  Please install your poster on Sunday afternoon/evening.  The formal Poster Session is scheduled for 4-6 PM on Tuesday April 8, 2008.  Posters must be removed by 2 PM on Wednesday April 9.
