Oral and Poster Presentation Instructions
NSA 101st Annual Meeting – Savannah, Georgia
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- All ORAL presentations are 20 minutes in length (16 min. for presentation/4 min for speaker introduction and Q&A)
- Must be in Power Point format for computer projection – only Windows XP format (NO VISTA operating system presentations).
- A dedicated laptop will be available in each meeting room, and these will not be disconnected from the projectors. No personal laptops will be permitted.
- Please bring your presentation either on a CD or USB stick/flash drive (NO FLOPPIES; NO ZIP DISKS).
- Presentations brought to the conference should be submitted to the Registration Desk the day before your presentation and will be loaded in the appropriate session.
- For participants presenting on Monday, be sure to deliver your presentation to the Registration Desk between 4 and 6 pm on Sunday afternoon.
- Finally, please confirm that ALL CO-AUTHORS are aware that the abstract will be published in the Journal of Shellfish Research and accept its publication
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Poster presentation dimensions are 4 FEET HIGH by 3 FEET WIDE. This orientation is a TALL POSTER.
- Posters can be mounted on provided display boards using push pins or Velcro.
- Each poster will have an assigned location in the Poster Session room (Savannah D). A list of location assignments will be posted at the Registration Desk and in the Poster Session room.
- We encourage you to install your poster on Sunday afternoon/evening from 1:00 pm to midnight and keep them available for viewing until Wednesday afternoon.
- All posters must be removed by 6 PM on Wednesday, March 25th.
