hello, working on an MSc thesis in aquaculture I would like to do some experiments with clam species of the genus Tapes collected from the wild. In some areas here in western europe both Tapes philippinarum (manila clam) and (Rudi)Tapes decussatus will occur together. I am looking for a way to tell Tapes species apart, I cannot use genetic identification tools. Can you help me with info on the determination of Tapes spp?
